Our company offers high quality plastic pipe fittings and valves for the agricultural, utility, industrial, aquaculture, water treatment, cooling tower, and construction industries.  To ensure the strength and durability of our products we have included extensive testing and quality control throughout all of our manufacturing process.  Our products meet the specifications and standards of the American Standard for Testing Materials (ASTM), National Sanitary Foundation (NSF), and the American Water Works Association (AWWA). 

Macon Plastics is very excited about the opportunities that lie ahead for us to address our customers’ needs through our unique and innovative products and services.  We can engineer and fabricate fittings to specific needs and configurations in our on–site machine shop.  We possess the ability to continuously expand current product lines and invest in tooling programs for new product lines to ultimately meet the current and future needs of our customers for years to come.  Our manufacturing software system allows our sales representatives to access and relay important information to our customers, including production scheduling, accurate inventory balances, lead times, and the real–time tracking of orders. 

We have IPS dimension fittings 4" through 24", SDR64 through SCH 80 in solvent weld, gasketed and flanged.  We also provide fiber glassed reinforced fittings where required.  Our cast iron dimension products range from 4" to 36" in diameter.  In the non-pressure portion of our product line we offer 4" through 36" solvent weld and gasketed sewer fittings.  Our PVC DWV drainage fittings are available from 6" through 24" in both solvent weld and gasketed.  Some of our special products include internal pipe couplings, downspout adapters, perforated pipes, wall pipes, spool pieces, flanges, saddles, and expansion joints from a variety of materials.  We also custom fabricate items for surface drainage, septic odor filtration and aquaculture applications.
